		<description>Unfortunately, people that only have Adobe Reader cannot complete forms. However, there is an alternative product which is free. It has a form filling features. 

The program is called Foxit and the feature it uses is called "Annotation Tool". I have used it on several ocassions and it works great. The users can save your .pdf, use the tool to complete certain areas, resave it and send it back to you as an email attachment.
