Your program is using a lot of your memory. Make sure when you use it you have every thing else closed. This should make things easier . You can always have more memory installed
It is possible if you do not have enough memory or you have too many things running at once. If you are running Windows XP, I recommend at least 1 GB of Memory and 2 GB for Vista.
