Most likly the acrobat file is very small so would not have to be in bits like you would chop a video file to send it in two emails. You need to make sure they are all togther. Then rightclick the .rar file and go to wirar extract much like you would a winzip file. Thats providing you have winrar on you pc... Often packed on the disks on computer magazines or on the net should be easy...
