I have a word document with boxes people check with a pen or pencil. I want to post this form on our website and have people fill it in on-line, I have Word and Acrobat 7. That’s all. Thank you.
PS When I tried Acrobat it sent me to Design and it is very complicated. I understand you can use Acrobat 7 to create Forms.
