All you would have to do is find a local talent agency that allows you to book their acts; many represent acrobats and circus groups. Any performing group that works professionally would already have insurance, so their fees would factor that in. I don’t know of prices offhand, as it depends on a lot of things: length of performance, place of performance (ie. do they need to travel far?), etc. Contacting an agent or local circus company would get you more info.
