I installed the new Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 by mistake.
I uninstalled it through the Add/Remove option in Control Panel and tried to reinstall Acrobat Reader 7 again, but the setup terminates in the middle giving the following error message : “Setup has detected that you already have a more functional product installed. Setup now terminates.” even though I have completely uninstalled Acrobat Reader 9. Pls help!
why do you want to install acrobat 7 as the newer version is better and it should do everything version 7 could.
Go to c:\program files\adobe
Delete the Acrobat directory and try installing 7 again.
download and install revo uninstaller and then run it and when you open it then there highlight adobe acrobat and then uninstall it with slow uninstalling>>>
