When you download it, save it in like, My Documents. then plug in your thumb drive, and open the drive for that (mine is the J drive)

Clarification: 
Open My Documents, and locate the file. Then, in a separate window, open the __ drive (example: J)

then, just copy and paste, or drag it, to the thumb drive window. Then, Voila!. You have moved it over. (:</description>
