How do you go when you do forward roll?

I'd go to a gymnastic classes and discuss this with a teacher. they can checkout what your doing... if your working correctly then you could check it out with your doctor - to make sure ti's safe for you to learn... otherwise there could be something wrong that you need to have looked into ...</description>
